If you are using a builder such as Elementor Pro then the supplied Menu Widget with that works well. However, if you are using Elementor Free and want a basic responsive free WordPress menu that looks good and works well then I looked at the following:
- Navigation Menu
- Default Nav Menu
- Custom Menu
- Mega Menu
- Responsive Menu
And my current favourite is Header & Footer Blocks which allows you to create Headers and Footers (overcoming another Elementor Free limitation) as well as providing header widgets including a Navigation Menu and is very compatible with Elementor.
